The 606 Bar, later known as the 606 Horseshoe Bar, was located at 606 E. Adams in the heart of Paradise Valley. Originally opened by black businessman John R. “Buffalo” James, it was later purchased and remodeled by W. T. Johnson and Leroy Young.
